Three Questions I Ask Before We Ever Meet
Before our first session, I send every client pre-work. It has three sections, and it is where the twelve weeks begin.
First, the values you actually live by, and why each one matters to you. Your week already shows most of them.
Second, what you want at one month, three months, six months and a year.
Third, what is in the way.
There are no right answers and nothing is graded. Fragments are fine. Handwrite it, type it, or talk it into your phone. If a question does not land, skip it and tell me why it did not land. That answer is usually more useful than the one I asked for.
Send it back a day or two before we meet, so I can read it properly.
This is the start of the Locate phase, the first four weeks of The Return to Self. We measure what you value against where your hours actually go. The gap between the two is where we start. It tells us where to look.
Our first session is a full hour. We begin deep because you arrive ready.
Which of the three would be hardest for you to answer?
